Shuttle service between the accommodation and the regatta course is free
only if the accommodation is booked through the Münchner Hotelverbund.
National federations who book or already have booked their accommodations independently,
have to pay for the shuttle service between the accommodation and the regatta course.
The shuttle service will run from Thursday June 18 6 am until Sunday June 21 2009 8 pm
Transfer between the Airport to the hotel and the regatta course upon arrival and departure
is not included in the accommodation price and can be booked through:

1. Nations' Dinner:
The reception of the Olympia Regattaverein München will take place
on on Saturday, 20 June 2009, at 20:00 hrs. Two representatives from each federation are invited.
2. Awards:
Medals will be awarded for all competitors ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
The victory ceremony will take place after each final race.
3. Weighing:
Coxswains and lightweights have to weigh in according to the FISA Rules
of Racing. The weighing centre is open two hours before the start of the
first race. The scales are located at the backside of the boathouse A -second
floor - entrance 2 - room 106.
4. Liability:
The participants are responsible for insurance of equipment and persons.
The OC declines all liabilities for all kind of damages in the area of
the regatta.
5. Camping:
Camping is only allowed in the set out area. (See situation map)
6. Regatta office:
The regatta office shall be open from Wednesday, 17 June 2009 11:00 hrs on (Tel. +49 89 315 85 -217 or -218).
