It is not possible to post entries by email.Closing Date for EntriesThe normal closing date for entries was 29 April 2006 at 18.00 hours The closing date for the mixed races is 3 June 2006, 17.30 hours. Entry points for these mixed races will also be available at the course on 2 and 3 June 2006.Late EntriesIn general, late entries will not be accepted. An exception to this rule may be made if a race of a particular category has space to allow late entries to be included. There is no legal right or guarantee that this will be possible. If a late entry would require the replanning of a race, then the late entry will not be accepted. The absolute deadline for late entries is 13 May 2006, 17.00 hours.Start Draw13 May 2006, 18.00 hours.Boat HireWe regret that we are definitely unable to hire out boats.FISA Rules of RacingRaces will be carried out according to the FISA Rules of Racing. Rowers aged 27 or over during 2006 will be eligible to participate. The age attained by the rower at the end of 2006 determines the age group.The minimum weight for coxswains is 50kg. Coxswains will be weighed once for the whole regatta. Weighing must be completed at the latest one hour before the coxswain?s first race.
Weighing Times: Coxswains may be of either gender. The coxswain's age is not taken into account when calculating the minimum age (MA) and the minimum avarage age (MAA) for a crew. Mixed crews must comprise 50% male and 50% female (coxswains are ignored for these purposes).

Age ControlDuring the regatta, every participant must be able to prove his/her age with an official photo document (Passport, Identification Card). We reserve the right to perform random checks.
ClothingAll members of a crew must wear uniform clothing. This also applies to composite crews. The exceptions to this rule are the mixed crews on Sunday 4 June 2006.Race PlanningIf the number of entries for a category exceeds the number of lanes the category will be split into several races. If only one entry is received for a certain age group then this crew will start in the next possible younger group.
TrainingTraining on the Olympia Regatta Course is possible from 30. May 2006. The notices concerning usage of the course must be complied with. Instructions from the employees of the Rowing and Canoe Training Centre of the Olympiapark München GmbH and from the Regatta Management of the Olympia-Regattaverein München e.V. and their assistants are to be followed.
Anti-DopingCompetitors in the Masters regatta may also be required to submit to doping controls as specified in the Fisa Rules of Racing.Any medication must be certified by the attending doctor along with the diagnosis and prescribed substances - so long as they are not forbidden by the anti-doping regulations but are notifiable - and a copy of the certificate must be handed in at the regatta office in a closed envelope before racing. To maintain confidentiality, these envelopes will only be opened in the presence of the person submitting the envelope. If no doping control is performed then the documents can be picked up from the regatta office at the end of the regatta upon presentation of an official identification document.
HealthEvery participant is personally responsible for his/her health and has to ensure that he/she is up to the physical demands of a rowing race.
CateringThe caterer Haberl will supply hot and cold meals and drinks at the regatta course in a restaurant marquee during the day.Regatta FeesSingle Sculls € 15Pairs/Doubles € 20 Fours € 36 Eights € 64 Coxswains pay no fee. For late entries that are accepted the fees are double the normal fee. For races 149 and 248 (races combining rowing with conoeing), the fee is € 5 per boat. Conditions of PaymentThe total entry fee arrived at in "Summary of Entries", including any additional fees, is to be paid by the entry closing time (18.00 hours) on 29 April 2006 via bank transfer. Entry fees, once paid, are not refundable. Bank transfer charges will not be borne by the organising committee/recipient.

AccommodationOn behalf of the organising committee, hotel reservations are being handled exclusively by the Münchner Hotel Verbund GmbH. All price categories are available. For the 3. EURO Masters Regatta 2006 reduced prices have been agreed.
