Team managers may make their World Cup regatta entries directly online this year. Please
contact Daniela Oronova by email at daniela.oronova@fisa.org or by phone at
+41 21 617 8373 to obtain instructions and a
password.
National Federations must nominate their chosen contact person for this online entry system
for the season.

restaurant on the first floor.

Shuttle Service
Shuttle service between the accommodation and the regatta course is free
only if the accommodation is booked through the Münchner Hotelverbund.
National federations who book or already have booked their accommodations independently,
have to pay for the shuttle service between the accommodation and the regatta course.
The shuttle service will run from Wednesday, 24 May until Saturday, 27 May 2006, 8 p.m.
Transfer between the Airport to the hotel and the regatta course upon arrival and departure
is not included in the accommodation price and can be booked through:

Low cost accommodation
We are pleased to offer limited low cost accommodation at the following conditions:
Youth hotel: 45 EUR incl. breakfast Deposit: 1'000 EUR
The total cost of accommodation and transfer as well as the deposit must be paid
upon arrival and before taking over the accommodation. The deposit will be used for
possible damages, exceptional cleaning etc. and will be refunded after the accommodation
is handed over in proper condition. This procedure has been approved by FISA.
Order and cleaning:
The coach or team manager is responsible for the accommodation to always be in proper condition.
It is strictly forbidden to prepare meals, to remove any electrical and / or sanitary
installations. All costs which result from damages or degradation have to be paid by
the user of the accommodation. The OC declines all liabilities.
Registration:
Federations interested in using the low cost accommodation have to register before 10 May 2006.
After this date no registrations will be accepted. The accommodation will be allocated
on a first come first served basis. The registration should be sent to the OC.
Meal arrangements at the venue
We are pleased to offer meals to all participants in the restaurant
at the venue (see map of the regatta course).
Registrations for this catering have to be made by 10 May with
the form sent to the OC address indicated on the form. The meals are especially prepared for the rowers and shall be available in exchange for
tickets which have to be prepaid.#
- For each meal there are two menus to select from, one always includes pasta and salad.
- For each meal (lunch, dinner) 0.5 l mineral water is included.
- Coaches or managers have to order the meals in advance.
- The form should be sent together with the entries. The tickets will be available at
the regatta office upon arrival.
- There is other food and drink available at favourable prices.
- The opening hours of the restaurant are indicated in the regatta programme.

Other information
1. Awards:
Medals will be awarded for all competitors ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
The victory ceremony will take place after each final race.
2. Liability:
The participants are responsible for insurance of equipment and persons.
The OC declines all liabilities for all kind of damages in the area of
the regatta.
3. Weighing:
Coxswains and lightweights have to weigh in according to the FISA Rules
of Racing. The weighing centre is open two hours before the start of the
first race. The scales are located at the backside of the boathouse A -second
floor - entrance 2 - room 106.
4. Reception:
The reception of the Olympia Regattaverein München will take place
on on Friday, 26 May 2006, at 20:00 hrs. Two representatives from each federation are invited.
5. Camping:
Camping is only allowed in the set out area. (See situation map)
6. Regatta office:
The regatta office shall be open from Tuesday, 23 May 2006, 11:00 hrs on (Tel. +49 89 315 85 -217 or -218).
